Vicryl Rapide sutur 3-0, FS-2 needle, 45 cm undyed filament Æske med 12 stk. suturer Absorberbar - syntetisk - multifilament. Vicryl Rapide is a rapidly absorbed, synthetic, braided suture. The chemical structure of this suture is identical to that of the traditional Vicryl suture (polyglactin 910). The coating prevents flaking and offers smooth tissue passage. Low molecular weight gives Vicryl Rapide it's unique rapidly-arbsorbing features that are ideal for example in dental procedures. After 5 days, 50% of the tensile strength is remaining and it is close to 0% after 10 - 14 days. The suture is completely absorbed after approx. 42 days. Manufacturer: Ethicon / Johnson & Johnson
